It's Valentine's Day this coming week. Why not take yourself on a date and fall in love with you?
This one phase of my life that I don't need help with. I am alone except for my two cats.
ReplyDeleteTaking yourself on a date is a pretty excellent idea whether you're single or otherwise, totally agree! Important to be content in your own company and be able to take time for yourself :-) I've missed your posts while I was away from blogging, it's lovely to be back - hope you're having a good month so far hun!! Thank you so much for being supportive of my shop - it means an awful lot, you're a star ☆

I'm pretty happy with my own company, but going to be enjoying having my husband at home with me and the kids this half term x
ReplyDeleteI lived on my own for a few years and there are times when I REALLY miss it! It's interesting how many people are so scared of it, but it was a really important time for me, and I know I could do it again if I had to. Carving out pieces of time to be alone is vital for my sanity! xxx
ReplyDeleteI actually prefer my own company, hehe! This is a wonderful video and there's so much truth in it. You can lonely in a crowd.

ReplyDeleteI lived on my own for years and have been on holiday on my own, too. If you don't love yourself how can you expect anyone else to? (Or at least that's what my Mum used to say. xxx
